Q. What venues can the dispensers be placed?

A. Our coupons can be placed on wire racks, counters, end caps, shipper displays, end-aisle displays, refrigerated cases, or on freezer doors. We offer several types of attachments so the dispensers can be more versatile.


Q. What types of shelving attachments does Outta the Box offer and how do they attach?
A. We recommend using our patented strap method because it offers the installer the fastest, most secure attachment in the industry. We also offer shelf channel clips, tape and scan hooks.


Q. What is the normal delivery time?
A. Typically, our standard delivery is 3 to 4 weeks after approval.


Q. How can I get a mock up of my products graphic layout?

Q. Who designs my artwork?
A. We have in-house graphic artists that can provide art for you at an hourly charge or you (or your Agency) can use the standard art templates on this site to help you create the artwork.


Q. Can you ship to multiple drop ship locations?
A. Yes, we have the ability to drop ship per your instructions at an additional charge per each drop ship.


Q. Who installs the boxes from Outta the Box?
A. Typically, our boxes are installed by the customer. In many cases the sales representatives or brokers perform this function. There are outside detail firms that specialize in installation of our product line. For more information, please contact us.


Q. Are there any retail chains that will not accept Outta the Box coupon dispensers?
A. There are some retail customers that are contracted. Please contact your retailer for specifics.
